ABOUT YOUR TRAINER

Allow me to re-introduce myself to some and greet the rest of you for the first time. I've been a fitness enthusiast for 20+ years. I started personal training soon after--certified, but specializing in bro-science basics. Several years back, I injured my shoulder and needed post-op physical therapy. My trainer changed my approach to personal training because she didn't train me out of a textbook or by what usually works; she was training me with science specific to my body. From then on, I fully dedicated my knowledge and ongoing learning to customizing my clients' experience. I've held certifications through ACSM, AFPA and presently I am re-certified through ISSA, fully insured and ready to train you specific to your physiology and dysfunctions.
